All I can find online is that it's in Viscount's Keep, can anyone provide more specific info? I have looked everywhere and cannot find it.
I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, wasn't sure where to post it.

Missing that one as well... maybe its a user-generated lie and there is only three in the first act.

Tis real. Found it in the northwest room of the Viscount's Keep. It will not show up in glitter, but if you spam the A button while standing behind the chair, the chair next to the two paintings and the red vase, it should pop up.
Now I can continue...

Thank you so much! I've found DOZENS of guides that all falsely claim there are only three, but now I've finally gotten all four. The way that one was hidden was just sort of cruel.

Incidentally, there's just one you come across in Act III by doing "Justice," in the sewers. The misattributed one is actually in the unused room in the Templar's quarters, on a wall sconce next to the door.

Another bump because this is driving me crazy. No idea why it doesn't show up when pressing the Tab key. Is this a bug or just a super secret easter egg if your an ocd clicker?
Atleast you only need 3 from each act so the 4th isn't that important unless your a completist and want every single codex entry.
