OK, this may be lame but I can't get into the ruined passage to hunt down the escapee for the magistrate. I've tried to just walk in, I've tried to "click" my way in - nothingworks. WTF? Is there some trick I missed? Some required conversation I haven't had (yes, i know he supposedly killed some elven children). What's the deal?

You have to get Fenris and ask him to phase through the wall ;p
