Mwahahaha! I don't even have to trade my BF for any of the toons in the game, cause he has both a bit of Zev (without the accent, sadly, but he's a perv one) and a bit of Alistair (honest and loyal).

I don't think anyone is particuarly threatened by Alistair. It's just backlash against his fangirls, many of whom act like drooling idiots who are having trouble with the line between fantasy and reality. Kinda like Twihards, but even sadder in a way.

I mean, if I started a thread "Who would trade in their girlfriend/wife for Morrigan?" you'd be rolling your eyes and thinking I'm pathetic and need to get a life, yeah? Well, turn the tables and here we are.

No. I'd just think you were trying to stimulate discussion actually. I read Twilight and hated it, but I don't have a problem with fangirls or fanboys for that matter. After all, they're sitting in a room having more fun than they really have any right to, who am I to spoil it for them? I'll leave the bursting of little happy bubbles to the ravages of age and time instead.
