Unable to find the option for enabling subtitles.Is it possible to do this?

I can't find a option for it neither. But sometimes I get a line or two of the conversation :S I want all the subtitles:(

The option to enable subtitles is actually under Audio (under Options in the Main Menu), not Visual, as many might assume. I think this odd choice was the same in the original Dragon Age, as well.
