hey, making my own buildings atm and i'm having some troubles with the shadows.
i downloaded and installed activepython3 (64bit couldn't find a 64bit 2.6 verson) of it. still getting the error's and no shadows.  thank you in advance.

at the very end it also says no module named win32com was found.

If you are refering to the Level editor then:

A) Lightmaps are broke in general

B) You need 2.5.4, NOT 2.6 for python

hmm that might be why then. gessing the new versions are for different programs or not compaitable?

ok uninstalled 2.6 installed 2.5.4 python (not activepython) 
its "completeting" but i don't see any shadows.
yes i did hit display fullylight and show lightlamps.

Turn off fullylight, that just shows everything regardless of light source and it's probably causing the lack of shadows.
