Hi everyone - to help coordinate the clutter, I'm creating a series of official sticky threads covering major issues.

This is the official thread for any issues that are preventing you from UNLOCKING YOUR PROMO ITEMS. If you're experiencing such an issue or have a solution to such an issue, please post and discuss it here.

TIPS:

• A list of unlockable items can be found here - http://dragonage.bio...fo/bonus_items/
• To determine which items are currently associated with your account, go to "Your Registered Game Content" in your forum profile - http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php - In some cases, such as for the Signature Edition Rewards, you will need download the content from the "More Info" link on that page.
• To confirm that the item will appear for you in-game, log into the game and go to Main Menu >> Extras >> Unlockables. Items in full-color have successfully unlocked. Semi-transparent items are still locked. Some locked items will be invisible until unlocked.
• Once in-game, check your journal. Quests for each of your unlockables should be appearing under the "Premium Content" tab. You won't be able to access them until you escape to Kirkwall, however. They'll be waiting for you in a chest at your home when you arrive.
• For those who have the Signature Edition, note that the Adder of Antiva, Apostate's Courage, Might of the Sten, Seeker's Bulwark, and Ring of Resiliance items are all tracked under a single plot called "Signature Edition Rewards"

You can't access them after the expedition due to not being able to get to the special deliveries box any more.

boots of the frozen wastes appears in my registered game content, but is still locked in game.... any suggestions?

Same problem as Anomandaris Purake - have the entitlements but they wont show up in game.

I'm having the same trouble Anomandaris Purake is having as well, none of the unlockables or DLC under my Registered Game Content are usable or unlocked in game.

i thought i had a problem too, but i set one of the premium content "get the stuff from your box"
quests as my active quest and only then realized theres 2 chests at "your" house,
one is storage and then theres the special deliveries box in another room.

hopfully this will help some people (though there still could be issues, ya never know)

Staff of the Parthalan still won't unlock

I think I have an even larger problem. I was given The black emporium and Exiled prince DLC through the EA Chat but I have no code for the SE items and after registering the game the only item I got was those boots.

I checked ingame the Extra sections and the SE items are not there either. I also checked in game and I don't have the SE items quest or the items appear in the house. I CAN access though the rest of the promo items (Legends, Belt etc etc).

Any thoughts?

If you're on a PC, you will need to download it from here http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

and install it for it to appear in-game.

Thanks for that, downloaded those now. But I'm still not sure if i'll get all the weapon promo's that I've got.

For the promotional stuff, like the Staff of Parthalan, it should appear in game under Extras > Unlockables. The SE items should appear there as well but I am not sure since I am still trying to get EA support to help me activate them.

I have quite a problem I have redeemed my Signature Edition but I can't find the unlocked DLC even though the code redeeming said I have acquired "Black Emporium, Exiled Prince, Signature edition Rewards and that soundtrack". I have checked "http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php"
and there are not even all the items that should be unlocked by Signature edition as told by "http://dragonage.bioware.com/da2/info/bonus_items/". I don't mind the items but I'd like to know how to get the Emporium and Prince DLC's as they aren't even showing in User_entitlements page.

Have the same problem, i redeemed the code and it said i had unclocked the Black Emporium, Expiled Prince, Signature Edition Rewards and the DA2 soundtrack but none of them are in my user entitelments and does not show up in game.

I've unlocked additional content after playing for a while, but none of it appears in the chest in my uncle's apt. in Kirkwall. In fact, the chest is totally non-responsive to being clicked on/moused-over.

My Signature Edition Bonus Content is not appearing in the Delivery Chest in Kirkwall. It appears in my registered game content, and  shows that I have it installed under the Unlocked Content in-game and I was able to collect all my other promo items from the chest, just not the Signature Edition Items.  I had quests in the journal for the other promotion items, but none for the Signature Editions Items (I am unsure at this point, if I should have quests for these things or not). 

Maybe someone can point me in the right directions for the lost and found!

Edit:  I just discovered that I should have had an invitation to the Black Emporium at the house in Kirkwall.  It is not there.  So even though all the content shows as installed under the Unlocked Content, and I show the files in the Dragon Age 2 Add-ins Directory, the files are obviously not installing correctly.

Hi, I think my problem is like this. I redeemed all my codes to this bioware account. However, when I launched the game, I found that I can only login to an EA account instead of bioware account. How do I link my bioware account to an EA account??

Same problem here, missing all of my promo items. Signature Edition rewards weren't a problem since I downloaded them manually.

EDIT: Actually, they might be unlocked, they're just not under the DLC tab ingame, but under Extra's then Unlockable's.

the account you login with on this site is an EA account

Same problem. I got my box in the mail today and found a guide how to register the Signature Edition. I followed the guide and logged in on this account, registered it and it said that I had unlocked the Black Emporium, The Exiled Prince, The Mabari Warhound and the other items that followed. But when I check under my "Your registered game content" NOTHING shows up. I also registered the game with EA.

It's on some kind of paper in the box, in the signature edition it seem to be on the back of the paper with the Mass Effect advertisement
