It seems after reviewing this, most everyone who ordered early is not receiving the Prince and underground market area.. I have been trying for 2 days to get the Prince added without paying again for it.

Since they had our money way before game was even out, you would think they would do something about this for their loyal customers.....

I also don't have the SE dlc in registered game promotions, i used the redeem code succesfully. Tried almost everything but it doesn't show up. Please help Bioware.

Yes me too. I registered the game, successfully registered the SE code, but I only see the Boots of The Frozen Wastes in my registered game content :/

Bought the Signature Edition over the EA store as a digital download, got the unlock code & successfully registered the game but didnt get any extra code for the Prince dlc & other bonus dlc.
Where to look after those codes?

I just redeemed my code for lion of orlais shield and fadeshear and have the quest, etc. but the special deliveries chest is not clickable! Even though there's a big quest arrow hanging over it. I did get into once when I first found Gamlen's house to get my other stuff. What's up with that?

Odd, my chest works fine and i could redeem the shield of orlais and the fadeshear, only DLC that isnt working is what came with the Signature Edition Online Pass non of it shows up anywhere after redeeming

I preordered the game from steam, once installed i registered the 2 promocodes i got (items and black emporium) and registered my game, my problem is..
THe black emporium dosent show in my registered game content.. When i try the promocode again(thinking i might have forgotten it ) it says its been used..

HELP..?

Come on Bioware!!! Fix these issues, this should have been prevented since we had the same problems with the first game. Some official responses would be appreciated since so many of us have the same issues... (Redeemed code/no DLC like Black emp and the exiled prince showing up...)

Ok I contacted EA's customer support and the guy promptly gave me a new code. Now I'm finishing downloading the Exiled Prince, yay!

Same problem here :( dont have signature version, but had a promo code of black emporium in the box i bought. I succesfully redeemed my code but cant download anything... Not showing in "registered gamecontent" either. Hope this is solved any time soon......

Question about the Amulet of Ashes... Pre-ordered the Sig version from Best Buy. So does that mean I get it cause I see no code for it anywhere. Even went through the bloody manual lol and who does that XD

Any codes for items you get for preordering will not be in the box itself, most likely they would be mailed out, that's how it's usually done, and that was the case for me

My Special Delivery box is unresponsive on mouse over! I know I have items in it cause it says right on the box that I do. I've accessed it before when it had items in it, but now it doesn't work.

For everyone who didnt get their Signature Edition DLC when they redeemed it i suggest you go here and make a support request http://support.ea.com/
I just got an answer back with new codes to use which worked

Similar issue here. Pre-Ordered Sig Edition. Redeemed Code. Content appears in "Registered Game Content". Clicked the "More Info" link to download, as per instructions....link didn't work. Already sent off (2) emails and one "chat" looking for help and they keep directing me to the same set of "Canned" instructions in the FAQ's. I thought it might be a JAVA issue, but I verified it wasn't. Can't try to redeem the "Code" again either since it has already been used up. Hate to think I spent the money for the Sig edition and can't get the goodies.

Update:
I uninstalled the game, all content and folders. Reinstalled the game, then manually downloaded and installed all the Signature Edition Content before starting up the game. It all worked correctly this time. All items unlocked and quests given to retrieve all promotional items and The Black Emporium as well as the Exiled Prince.

I am having similar problem as others where I have the sword, shield, and amulet items. The quests are in my log saying look at the special deliveries box, but it is unclickable and mocking me endlessly!!! I guess I will try a new game and see if that gets it but obviously that means tossing hours of inital gameplay.

I did not, but try it keeping your saves.  I hadn't played that much, so no loss.  I can understand not wanting to start from scratch after you have hours into the game though.

Ok guys i have a similar problem.

I pre-ordered the game for a Digital Download on like 5 of March. I received only 1 email from EA Store that was like the receipt for my order. It said you bought DA II , Pre-Order items and Black Emporium.

It had the serial-number for the game but no code for Black Emporium :S How am I supposed to get it ??? And i havent received any other email with the codes or smthing ...

any ideas ?

Not sure if this will help anyone... PC Signature Edition stuff: the code is on the back of an advertisement. Entering the code allows you to download the content, BUT, you have to do this OUTSIDE of the game. Logged into your EA/Bioware account, go to Profile|Your Registered Game Content. This should list the SE stuff once you've redeemed the code. There's a "More Info" link (or something like that). Clicking on this will get you an option to download the content. Download it. Then, once it's downloaded, run the installer and it will add the content. (Make sure DA2 is not running or else the installer will fail.)
After running the installs (2 or 3 depending on if you also have a pre-order bonus), then restart DA2 and you should be able to see your content.
Why the game doesn't auto-download or at least offer an option to download in the game is beyond me. If you're gonna do DLC, you should make it seamless and easy!
