PC Signature Edition stuff: the code is on the back of an advertisement.
Entering the code allows you to download the content, BUT, you have to
do this OUTSIDE of the game. Logged into your EA/Bioware account, go
to Profile|Your Registered Game Content. This should list the SE stuff
once you've redeemed the code. There's a "More Info" link (or something
like that). Clicking on this will get you an option to download the
content. Download it. Then, once it's downloaded, run the installer
and it will add the content. (Make sure DA2 is not running or else the
installer will fail.)
After running the installs (2 or 3 depending on
if you also have a pre-order bonus), then restart DA2 and you should be
able to see your content.
Why the game doesn't auto-download or at
least offer an option to download in the game is beyond me. If you're
gonna do DLC, you should make it seamless and easy!

Well, it's the same way they did it for ME2.
Many here seem to have had another problem though, where redeeming the code didnt actually add the items to the user entitlements page, again, in that case contact EA support here http://support.ea.com/

Ok....Not sure what is going on behind the scenes, but the "More Info" link is now working (my original problem being the "More Info" link NOT working) so that the content can now be downloaded. Now we'll see if it works in the game.

If someone is behind the scenes fixing these links, then many, many thanks for your diligence.

*Sigh* Same here. All my extras are showing up just fine but the Black Emporium isn't. It's still telling me I have to purchase it from the DLC page despite being logged in and having redeemed the code.

I have a slightly different issue. I was able to download my Signature edition DLC, however it tells me that it is "unauthorized" and I do not have any of it appearing in game. I have added the keys correctly and downloaded as suggested. Anyone else with this issue?

I have a similar problem, I pre-ordered the game from EA Store, as digital download, but on my receipt order it only said I bought  DA II, didn't said anything about pre-order items and black emporium. They also don't show up on dlc/extras in game or registered promo codes. So, i  pre-ordered on feb 23, and didn't get any pre-order items?

For DA:L Items, you must via DA:L link your game to your EA account for them to show up in game. Done under the Unlock option in DA:L

POSSIBLE FIX: Had a bunch of stuff not registering in my game, even though they were listed in my registered game content. Went into Document>Bioware>Dragon Age 2>Settings and deleted profile.dap logged back in and everything was working. Try it out.

I can't unlock Sir Isaac's Armor set. I've bought Dead Space 2: Digital Deluxe Edition. And it has no "BOX" (hey! it's digital!) opposite to what is said on bonus items page that I must "enter the code found in Dead Space 2 box". What should I do (just a little...customer) now?

Lidas, if you bought it online, like steam, than open library tab, you will see your games, right click to the game name, ad a menu will appear, there select game codes or something.

About BE DLC, I downloaded it from http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php, in the list there is Black Emporium, click on More info - PC, download, install, restart game, done.

I downloaded the black emporium, exiled prince, but i cant install them, i get an error that dragage 2 has to be installed first?? can some1 help me?

I recommend contacting EA support about this. I started a live chat with them and they checked my account, saw that I had registered the Signature Edition and gave me a new code that worked.

http://support.ea.com/ - Start a live chat and have your game registered, they will give you a new code. Easy as pie!

Exactly the problem i'm having, additionally may of the signature edition items aren't available :/

Same here, get the confirmation screen and it mentions re-freshing my ingame wallet but nothing

Yeah, same here. Not that I have even the slightest clue how I could refresh my ingame wallet...

If you have trouble getting all the DLC equipment you should have in the special delivery chest, try this:

1. Gather the loot in the chest. For me it was the blood dragon armor and the tomes.
2. Leave your house.
3. Go back in your house.
4. Open the special delivery chest again and the rest of the DLC gear should be there.

I had to do this before I obtained all my DLC equipment.

This doesn't seem to relate to the problem i am having Rob, I enter the promo code for my SE dlc get the confirmation screen saying i have the emporium and other bits but its not appearing on my user entitlements so i can't download it.

Scratch that it seems to have accepted it today :happy:

i pre-ordered my pc version of dragon age 2 online from best buy last january but when i got my copy, i never got the codes for the fadeshear sword and the lion of orlais shield. how do i redeem those items..?

I have the same issue as nyerobi in that I pre-ordered my game and was meant to receive codes for various items, but they were not included.

The items missing are:

Fadeshear Blade (pre-order bonus)
Lion of Orlais (pre-order bonus)
Amuelet of Ashes (special Play.com pre-order bonus)

Plus, while the code providing the Black Emporium appears to be correctly registered (have yet to find it in game), I am missing any reference to the Mabari Warhound?

Any help would be much appreciated, Ta
