They gave me new codes thats worked

Anybody having problems to get to the live chat? It just wont let me login into the customer support. The login page keeps refreshing, and never send me there. Its not a problem with wrong user/password.

Finally have the Black Emporium.

Went to support.ea.com and after waiting for a little more then a day they generated a new code for me.

Seems like they somehow messed up some/all codes...

So if someone still has the problem, either use live chat or go to support.ea.com (May take a while).

Hi, I had the same problem.

As some people already suggested you should contact the support @EA.
You need provide some details (email of the account, what version (i.e.  PC & normal retail) you have). And the guy on the other line should be able to help you (he was able to unlock the content in my Registered Game Content section).

Thanks warriorsq, this really need to be a sticky. They'll provide you with 2 codes for Exiled Prince and Black Emporium. Don't forget to ask for your soundtrack code as well.

If you use chat instead of e-mailing them you'll get a quicker response.

I preordered DA2 from steam, and the black emporium woun't install, downloads fine but says DA2 isn't installed.

edit after buying and installing the other DLC pack, i had no problim with the black emporium.

I got the quests for the items, went ot my chest, looted the items, none of them have materialised in my inventory.

Any ideas?

I have Bioware SE. In game i have all bonuses from the box, but others that i have unlocked on my bioware account, like Blood Dragon Armor etc. are not showing up, how to solve that ?

POSSIBLE FIX: Had a bunch of stuff not registering in my game, even though they were listed in my registered game content. Went into Document>Bioware>Dragon Age 2>Settings and deleted profile.dap logged back in and everything was working. Try it out.

Hah that worked for me. After delete of  profile.dap, I went to Extras, and all my unlocks were there. Try it out

Why does my "registered game content" list content for platforms I didn't buy DA2 for? I bought it for the PC, but it also says I have content registered for the PS3 and 360.

Would someone kindly tell me if EB Games was supposed to give me a code for the Lion of Orlais shield and Fadeshear? I don't seem to have codes for those and the guide on the redeem site does not work as it only tells me to register my game, which it already is.

grrr, I am missing ALL of my signature edition bonuses! Also it says I have the tome (lothering's lament etc.) but I have never actually seen them. Also having problems with Hindsight, as that doesn't appear to have registered either Is it too much to ask for the stuff I have payed for????

Contacted their live chat, got connected to a nice fella named Randall who solved the complete issue by supplying me with new separate codes. Took less than 15 minutes including wait time.

There are two chests at the beginning. One "Storage" off in the other room that says "Special Delieveries" all items should be in the second box.

Most (but not all) promotional items unlock on all platforms. Any DLC (The Exiled Prince, Signature Edition, etc.) will only unlock for the platform you purchased it for.

As I said, I looted the items, they were simply tomes, not items (apart from the boots, which looted as.....boots) and after I took everything there were no tomes in my inventory but it said in my journal I had completed all the premium content item quests.

Tried a new game and got the same problem.

ah okay nvm, the sword/shield/amulet I was tempted with to pre order have been replaced with some boring books that do practically nothing, problem solved I guess.

Tomes are automatically used once you pick them up. Giving you a free Attribute points and an ability point...

If your having problems getting items make sure you do a manual log in to your EA account in the game.

After doing this I immediately was able to get my free promo items from the chest in your Uncles home and then in your Mansion
