I've preordered in February. I've got my Dragon Age 2 with code for Black Emporium (and Darkspore Beta) but no codes for Fadeshear (sword) and The Lion of Orlais (shield). What I should do? I'm from poland.

I pre-ordered in early february from Amazon (which shows as a part. vendor). I show all the other extra content i'm due but not The Lion of Orlais” and “Fadeshear”. I never got an email with any extra codes - anyone have an idea?

Contact the place you pre-ordered it from it is their responsibilty to provide you with it.

Upfortrouble, try contact with ea support. They helped me with similar problem.

IMO, I think eventually after all the fixes, and problems are taken care of, they need to do, what they failed to do for Dragon Age: Origins & Awakening....

They need to make a bundle pack that costs a resonable amount of Bioware Points/Playstation Points/Microsoft Points that just lets you eventually download all the Special/Promo Content, so everyone can have the stuff, as not everyone is going to have the Signature/Special/Limited Edition ones, and I think it would be fair...

I realize they have a place for Dragon Age: Origins/Awakening where you can download those, but I they don't work sometimes, and I hate seeing unregistered...

So come on Bioware/EA and whoever, make a Bundle Pack for Dragon Age/Awakening/Dragon Age 2 that just lets us download all the Promo/Special Items etc from Journey's, and other versions of the game like Signature/Special/Limited Edition etc, it would be cool IMO.

Other then that.... Hope all of us get this & that working right soon!

I'm having a weird problem with this... Played my first character, everything was fine. Got every items and Sebastian. Than now getting around my secoud play through, I have met Sebastian, got the quests in my journal about the items but there is NOTHING in the chest in Gemlan's house.

What can I do??

I have the Signature edition...

To unlock more items I registered on facebook to play DA Legends there.
After a while a window poped up, I gained my first item. Fine.
Now I had to enter my account-login = e-mail and password.

Here is the problem:
I can't enter "@" there. I even used the US-keyboard and international english keyboard, but it is impossible to enter said "@".
Any advice would be appreciated.

I nver had an issue with my DA:L, Are you going to Options> DA2 Unlocks. Then in that menu linking it to your EA account?

Yes. But in the field, where I had to type in my e-mail, it didn't accept "@".
A minute ago I could solve the problem with copy and paste.
First I tried this by typing my e-mail adress into the windows text editor, but the adress fireld of facebook didn't allow to paste. Then I relogged in, copied my e-mail from the login and then pasted it. That worked.

Today I have unlocked a new item from the Facebook game. It appears correctly on my account and I get the in-game quest. The Special Delivery chest is there too, in the mansion.

However, I can't select of click on it.
Is this because I already opened the box once for my signature edition rewards in act 1?

I googled this and it seems the 360 owners have this problem too.
I don't really mind since I'm going to import another Warden save and play a new game after this one, but I hate 'open' quests in my journal...

I had that problem with the arrow over the box but can't select it. I wasn't to the mansion yet so hopefully what I did in Gamlen's house works for you too.

I left the house then went back in and suddenly I was able to open the box.

Edit: This I did on the PC version. I never had the issue happen on the Xbox yet. Yes I got both copies. I did the 47 dollar download on Amazon so I could do the mods and such plus auto attack to save my fingers. lol

So I redeemed my signature edition code as well as the dead space 2 armor and it shows up in my "Your registered game content" but is not fully colored in the unlockables tab in-game. i suspect its because it refuses to connect to the server each time i launch the game, and it probably needs to verify that my content has been properly redeemed. It keeps saying the servers are temmporarily unavailable. I have disabled my firewall and antivirus. any advice?

POSSIBLE FIX: Had a bunch of stuff not registering in my game, even though they were listed in my registered game content. Went into Document>Bioware>Dragon Age 2>Settings and deleted profile.dap logged back in and everything was working. Try it out.

I activated codes for Signature Edition rewards, The Exiled Prince, Black Emporium, and the preorder bonus items Fadeshear and Lion of Orlais. I downloaded and installed the appropriate files. Nothing appeared in-game; I do not even see the Premium Content tab. I also do not see the preorder items listed in my unlockables. So I wrote to EA support and got new codes, downloaded and installed again. Still nothing. I'm at a loss. And I definitely am logging in with the same account as I unlocked them on.
Any advice? I'm waiting for support to get back to me, but it's been two days.

I can not start the Exiled Prince quest, because of the Chanters Board is not visible. I think I did a quest from it. And that prolly made this bug?

Bought Dead Space 2. Entered the code here on the Bioware site. Unlock shows as available, and I have the quest to get the armor, but I cannot open the box.

It has the arrow over it showing I have something to pick up, but the mouse pointer never changes over the box so that I can open it.

Not impressed.

Hmm, similar issue - although my items are from DA Legends.... same problem though, the storage chest with the arrow which cant be opened.  Updated to 1.01 as well...not sure whether it's related..

There a fix for not being able to click the box. go to C:\\Users\\Jerec\\Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age 2\\Settings

and delete the profile.dap file. Should fix the issue

While my issue is separate from the normal ones here (at least none of the fixes have worked), since this is linked in the "major issues" thread, I'll cross-post it here (and if I had been smart about it, I probably would've just come here originally, but, yeah..)

I have a bunch of DLC, including unlockable items, SE bonus items and the Black Emporium and Prince Seb. Everything is showing up in my registered game promotions as they should (though, I did have considerable issues and had to go through EA custserv to get those there).

All my items and DLC are working, apart from one: the Amulet of Ashes. It simply refuses to show up in the in-game unlockable list.

Reinstalling or deleting the .dap file haven't changed anything - everything else still works just fine, but this one item is simply not showing up. I'm starting to guess it might have been something in the way it was handled in the customer service, maybe some kind of legacy asset with the same name was used?
