 Anyone have experience with D2D and refund?
 This game is broken for what looks like some time, could spend that 60 somewhere else.

The only main thing broken ATM in game is the save feature which they are working on now. Direct x 11 and upgraded graphics seem fine for me and everything else seems good. What's broken to you?

Unable to launch, i dont have "administrator rights" lots of threads about it, no fix in sight or even mentioned of for future. Just thought I maybe come back in a few months when they smooth stuff out.
Could use the 60 bucks for something else in themeanwhile.

nope they got us all. once u open the box were screwed. dont you love getting games when they release only to find out that they are unplayable/ saveable? pretty much paid 60 bucks for a box game manual and a cd/coaster.

Than your running an ATI card? People who paid 300+ on Nvidia cards are getting poor performance.

I have 2 1gig ATI cards and can't access the save or inventory menus. They won't open and the same menu freezes the game. It is a broken game and I am so angry. It never should have been released.

Working for me 100% if I turn off Dx 11. And really graphics is not the most important part.

Wrong, Merrill romance arc can break on you also.  We have reports of that going on, there lots of bugs all over the place, it's like they gave thier testers whiskey, sack of weed, & played porn in the background, said ok now find the bugs.

WRONG...I have a top of the line Alienware gaming laptop and I can't access the save screen or inventory screen.  I don't even have problems with Crysis, yet this game, I can't get into the most important screens.

No problems here. The game starts, saves, fine access to all screens, DX11, about 90% of max settings. I was able to download my DLC and play it. The importing of my DAO character info worked. I can login in the game. I even downloaded the High Resolution Texture pack, and it looks dandy.

I am sorry for your troubles, but I am glad it was released.

I was a little put off by all the damn codes in the box when I opened it though.  I even got an extra code on my receipt.

Oh, and Alienware really isn't all that great.  They charge about 40-60% more than if you were to build it with the same parts yourself.  Top price does not equal top quality.  Nevertheless, I hope your problems soon find an end and you too can enjoy the game.

As for the OP, all D2D sales are final, to my knowledge.  Open/used software is not refundable anywhere.  You have the copyright lawyers to thank for that.

Then consider yourself to be one of the lucky people. For many other users, including me, DA2 is just pandoras box of bugs. So far I consider it a quite expensive paperweight.
