Go in to your journal and look under quests and look under premium content select the staff and whatever else content you have then go look in the chest on the back room at uncles house.

Did you check all the chests in all the rooms and make sure that, under the Extras options in the Main Menu that the picture of the staff is in color (meaning it's downloaded)? I almost freaked out myself until I found the second chest in the side room that had all the stuff in it.
