How do I get him to join me? I did his quest, and talked to him afterwards, but he only mutters some prayer and I can't select him in my party selection screen.  When else do I need to do to recruit him?

Also, can I ask, where the heck is he? I installed the DLC and went to the Chantry (day) but couldn't find him?

Dark, go to the bottom of the steps outside the Chantry. There will be a Chanter's board. Select the quest Duty to start it.

Dude, I'm at the same point, and can only guess it comes up later in the game......perhaps

can any of you help me i cant finish the quest i have beaten all three groups of the flint company but it tells me to the ones on the docks are still there.

Ok. i've done everything for Sebastian yet it didn't give me any of the achievements

If you're referring to the noble archer Sebastian Vael, click top right Games>DA2>Official DLC.

Download the DLC, do the Duty quest in act 1, then after his Act 2 Quest (Repentance, I think?) he'll join you.
