Ok so it seems some enemies have the ability to just give a wound to you without your having "fallen" in battle.  I know I did not fall in battle because I noticed the injury appear half way through combat, and I don't yet have the ability to raise fallen allies, so there is no way I fell in battle.

So, does this injury via spell/talent thing screw you out of the achivement?
