Getting this "nsis error" when I try to patch so it fails.          did everything it says here

http://nsis.sourcefo.../Nsis_error and i am still getting the error,  Downloaded the game from EADM if it 

matters, I am also getting very low fps in dx11 if it makes a difference

nvidia gtx260     with beta drivers 267.24
amd x6 1055t processor
8 gigs of 12800 ram
windows 7 sp1

Since it was happening before (and sorry, I don't recall the answer), you should check the forum archives for DAO, using a professional Search engine, to which just add the site: redirector aimed back to here.

Ya, I checked and it said to reninstall installshield and update it, which i have =/

I found an article off gamebrood and it said to change my computers system region / locale settings to something else and back (which i did) and I was able to install without a problem, this also apparantly works if your unable to install black emporium
