[Conflagration]

 I recently beat Mass Effect 2 on the PS3 a second time, but I noticed something odd during the final scenes. 
I made all paragon choices, had everyone's loyalty, got No One Left Behind, and destroyed the Collector base. 
But, when I talked to TIM for the last time, I noticed something odd with the star in the background: 
The top portion was solid blue, like it was supposed to be, but the bottom half (the reflection in the floor) was completely red. This happened on my first playthrough either, but I assumed it was a sort of neutral ending due to the fact that one of my characters had died. 
I did some reading, however, and most people have been saying that the only real factor that affects the star color is choosing to destroy or keep the base, and the star should be either fully blue or fully red, respectively. 

Has anyone else encountered this?
