 Hello everyone! Now, as I'm many people have already mentioned before, apparently the appearance of your family members changes when you create your character's appearance. This was a bit of an odd experience for me, as, with the first character I created (a male warrior), they all looked exactly the same as they did in the demo, despite the completely custom appearance of my Hawke. However, with my second character (a female rogue), my family looked completely different than previous. I'll state that I took creating my female character as a challenge, because it is rather difficult to make an alluring and more slender face with the current character creator. I spent a great deal of time and effort creating her appearance, and I was very proud of my work; I think she's gorgeous. However, now I feel like my character has been soiled, as my family members are all fairly beastly in appearance. Now, I'm not the first one to judge based off of looks, but, having played through the demo about 5 times before the release of the game, I have her voice firmly associated with the appearance they gave her there; which, by the way, I thought was wonderfully designed. Now however, she has a completely different appearance; with short, chop-cut hair that looks like you almost took a serrated knife to it, and a blunt face that verges on being orcish. It COMPLETELY puts me off from playing that file right now, having to deal with hearing her great voice, and seeing the cow that the game turned her into.

   Is there any way to either 1. set her appearance to the "default" Bethany, which I'd assume there is not, or 2. to avoid changing the appearance of my family members when creating a character? I'm assuming they're supposed to look like they are "related" to me, but frankly, none of my family look anything like me now. If there is a way to assure their appearance when creating a character, I would love to know, and would certainly even be willing to recreate her just to put my heart at ease (and to stop wincing every time I talk to Bethany). Aw, that's too bad. Well cheer up. You can always side with the templars and kill her.

If you have the black emporium, you can change your characters appearance in the mirror. Changes in the mirror don't affect your family members.
