Hi, everyone! I need some help! I've read several tutorials and lots of posts here on Bioware's forums, and I was even able to edit my saved games, but, and here comes the quid of the matter xD, when I load the "edited" save the edits are not there, I mean, I have Hawke's key as my weapon, and I edited it so it could evolve with each level, I also used the code to put runes on it, and modified my friendship with Fenris so I could romance him, but none of it shows. The staff doesn't have improvements, and Fenris likes me the same as before I edited the game. So, can someone tell me what's wrong? I've saved EVERY change I've made in the saved game and it's still the same.
PLEASE HELP!!! :crying:

The save game file extension is ".das" so find a .das file open the Save game editor and drag it there. It should open it.

For example:
Bioware > Dragon Age 2 > Characters > Hawke > Saves > Slot 7 > Savegamename.das

I have never heard of adding attribute points using the Editor.
If you know how to use the console...you can use a command that adds experience...to level up your character. But you'd have to know how much experience to give (I give too much and my characters end up Lv40 all the time.)
Other than that. You'll probably have to wait until someone more knowledgeable deigns to come over to this forum.

How and where do I open the savegame editor ?  for some reason, I can't get it to open.  am I using the wrong file ?   from what I was told, save game editor can also change your attribute points too.  am I right ?

You just download and open it...do you know where the Editor.exe is on your computer...it should open just by you pressing it.

As I said before I don't know. If someone told you you could edit attribute points...why didn't they tell you how?
