So I finally had to choose between either with the mages or Templars, and First Enchanter said he was going to the Grand Claeirc, but then the epic boom scene, as it turns out, Anders never really did put Justice away, he actually planted a huge magic bomb which killed the Claeric. Here's the problem, if you chose to spare Anders, Sebastian leaves and vows to take an army to destroy Kirkwall. So my question is this, will it be a problem if when Ander wants to do his "separation with Justice" quest and I deny him from doing it, will it make him leave the party? I don't care if it creates rivalry, I just want to be able to have everyone in the party for the final fight.

Think it will happen regardless. Maybe Sebastian wasn't friendly enough? I know Fenris wasn't, and joined the templars, but when I went to the Gallows I convinced him to join me again.

Hmmm that could be, too late for me to try to max out his friendship, guess I'll have to do that on my current 2nd playthrough.
