my game froze and when i tried reloading it wont pull up any of my saves or let me even save a new game.  I really need help  here ive only put in like 9 hours of gameplay so im very frustrated that i cant seem to play more

That sounds pretty serious. Can you provide us with some more info so we can help figure this out? What model of Xbox do you have? Where are you saving the games? Where were you in the game and what were you doing when the game froze? Are you back up and running now or are you still blocked from playing?

i've had some issues with this Rob as well, not ALL of my save files have been deleted, but thankfully my autosave kicks in. also this is the only game that has had corrupted save files on me. I don't really save in any place in particular, the last i remember it happening was in aveline's office.

Same thing happened with me, aside from the game freezing and not being able to make a new save. Zapkeet, this is also the only game that has had damaged/corrupted saves for me. When I first noticed corrupt saves was at the docks in act 1. I have a 2008 Zephyr model Xbox with a 120gb HD.
