There is a quest in DA 2 called bait and switch.  I'm in the middle of it right now so I can't say everything about it.  But, it's great so far.

Your underworold contact has a job for you.  You get ot ask a few questions to get a feel for the job so you know roughly whether it's not probably something morally reprehensible, or not.  Then she tells to meet Anso, and where.  He fills you in with a little more detail.  You follow his instructions and  you're not able ot retrieve his "belongings".  The chest was empty.  Step out of the house into an ambush by some other group not expected to be there.  Next, another surprise guest.  Before the fight starts, yet another surprise guest appears and end kills surprise guest number 1.

Surprised guest #2 is an escaped slave and he invites you to go kill his former owner how is in town overseeing the hunt.

Now that sounds like some twisty fun.

So, I hope you quest/story writers/modders will note that the President enjoys a good bait and switch.

Well my next module isn't going to be a rogue module, it'll be a miniature golf sim. How's that for bait and switch? :D

I was hoping to do a module where you play football and really steal from an EA game ... ( tackle the president, he's got the ball )

MechWarrior2? That would be a bait and switch.

Lugworms, they make good bait. Rubbish conversation though.

Just trying to do my little part to bring some NEAT! gaming into this world, and how does the international commentariat respond? Horribly

Some people have no respect for power!

The occasional KEEN! or SWELL! (or some other Beaver-Cleaver-ish) certainly wouldn't hurt.

Speaking of awesome things from DA2 that modders here could use, here's a character background loosely inspired by the events of DA2 I thought would be awesome:

Despite your nobility and status, when you spend time in the slums, you aren't actually "slumming", you're just escaping the alien world of the nobility.

It all started with your grandfather. Despite growing up as of one of the most prestigious families in the upper echelons of society, he had a real soft spot for the dice. At first it was all about his lofty goal of reclaiming the land lost by his previous forefathers' bad luck at the game, but as the once-powerful family's assets began shrinking, his pride drove him to save face.

Your mother was but a little girl when the debt collector notified him that his outstanding debt more or less equaled the entire value of what remained of the estate, though she understood well what had been lost. Through the cruel sense of irony possessed by the new land owner, your family was graciously allowed to work the land it one owned, and it was there that your grandfather worked away the rest of the years of his life.

It was shortly after his death a wandering adventurer came to your mother, now a young woman. He came to inquire about an old family heirloom on behalf of a third party, and even with the matter resolved, he found himself attracted to such a hard-working, earnest woman who values what she has in respect to what she has lost.

During your childhood your father would take the odd sellsword job here and there to help pay the bills. He wasn't an average adventurer by no means, but he kept his workload light to keep close with his family. You were raised with the hard-working spirit of your mother guiding you, and the ambitious strength of your father to sharpen your wit.

When you were still but a boy, your father decided the ultimate gift he could bestow upon your mother is the life your grandfather denied her, so he set off on a long journey to raise enough money to buy back your family estate. He didn't return until your 16th birthday, but he certainly did not return empty-handed.

While your mother could easily acclimate to the familiar-but-long-lost environment, for you, life in the nobility is strange, and you have no interest in their peculiarities. The adventurer blood coursing through your veins beckons you, and you cannot sit still atop the ivory tower, looking down on those who's status you once shared.
