No, those are autosaves that are limited to 2 slots and are renamed when replaced. Every time you enter a new area you get an autosave and an additional number added. Stop trying to disprove people mr detective. And the other ones are reflected by the autosaves, notice how some jump by 30-40 saves..

Yeah me either. In an ideal world, the game would cost $200 and only last 4 minutes.

Can you honestly state that you enjoyed wandering in Orzammar and especially the (depressing) Deep Roads for 15+ hours? I started hating it on my 2nd playthrough.:/

The solution to that isn't to make the game shorter, it's to make the game better.

Considering how people keep on calling the TC a liar or an **** I don't see why he shouldn't get angry. Aside from him no one else has provided proof that you cannot complete the game in less than 17 hours without skipping dialogue. Is there even 17 hours of non exclusive dialogue?

There is a LOT of dialogue/scenes that does not pertain to the main quest.

While I didn't read all the other posts, I have to agree with the OP, I played about 2-3 hours for about 4-5 days, and beat the game. I thought the end was the half way point...boy was I surprised

What the heck is taking people so long to beat this game? my first play though beating every single not bugged quest took 24 hours including listening to almost all dialog. Please someone explain how you take 50+ or dare I say 80+ hours to beat this? I couldn't take that long even if I left my game running over night every time I played. Do people find re-spawning mobs to grind hours on end or do they not realize what the quest marker on your map means while they wander what few zones there are aimlessly.

Really? 16.5 hours? Really? I did every single side quest and companion quest and I just beat the game in 16.5 hours. Way too short, many plot points were undeveloped and overall I would have liked to seen more, was expecting this game for a really long time and while it was really fun, both the story and the length of the game are a let down.

Are you doing all the quests? Like the letters you get as well as some you find on the chantry board etc? 16 hours seems too quick. I'm 20 hours in and only in Act 2 (near the start).
