It's not worked on my PC so I've popped over to have a go via my mates PC on his Steam account.

For me, a game like this is all about story and character development. This has none so far. Where is Morrigan? Where is The other raunchy French maid? In fact (and please correct me if I am wrong having only played and seen tiny segments) I'd say most of this game is unrelated to the original.

I've actually uninstalled it on my PC as it didnt work due to a known issue, however, if it ever works I will give a more thorough feedback at a later date. I wont buy a Dragon Age 3.

I will, however, buy ME3.

Alright, last poll for real this time. This one is asking whether you intend on buying DA2 DLC or not:

Well as the poll stands now, the minority here is clearly stated. I would not say though that this represents the overall picture though.

Speaking mainly of DA2 DA:O comparison poll.

Heh. Even split on the DA2 yay or nay. DA:O yay or nay, majority for yay. The prefer DA:O or DA2, majority for DA:O. For the Buy DLC for DA2. Majority for Wait and see, no, and wait for ultimate.

Interesting. Very interesting.

From what I grasped, it's a rant that would make Yatzhee facepalm...

Don't get me wrong, I rather dislike this game, but I'm no RPGcodex member.

Vocal minority is vocal minority. A split vote only shows that those who vote nay are a vocal minority because a silent majority are sitting back and enjoying the game, quietly. Who also get their silent wishes catered to, despite not ever making any of these wishes clear. The solution is clear, just keep quiet, don't say a thing and the over-actiony RPG will go away... Oh wait...

DLC opinions pretty much mixed while 583 users ( 62% ) vote for Origins.

Sarcasm was woven throughout my post, in case it was that hard to detect.

*Puts on his Stephen Colbert*

Pathetic. Just pathetic.

The infamous "4chan" isn't content with rigging the Metacritic user scores to make it look like Dragon Age II is the worst sequel since forever, now they invade the sanctity of these boards to fix polls! Polls, of all things! Now it really looks like Bioware spits in the face of it's fans by creating a product that not only fails to attract ANY new people whatsoever, but also manages to ****** off half the core fanbase.

P.S.: Also, I blame the army of 40-something year olds from RPG Codex.

Justice has been served. That's what you get for delivering a half-assed sequel to millions of anticipating fans. They just had to learn the hard way...

Confirmation bias. Everything's going as expected according to the bell curve.

That's assuming they learn from it and don't take it to extremes like they did DA2? The theory being that they listened to the people who voiced what they hated about DAO while people who like it fine (like me *cough*) were too busy playing it to comment.

I hope they learn from it, please, oh please, oh please.:crying:
