so.... i can see somebody got help with my problem in here, but i cant see the way to solve it.

i cant see sig. edition dlc's under DLC menu in the game... i have registrered...
anybody who can help??

Never appeared for me either...I had to download it manually via your registered content page

Yes, it is called go to your register content at  http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

Select "More INfo-PC" on the signature package.

Window will popup with "Download" at the bottom of it.

As I said above..

Then run the exe once it is finished downloading. Content will then appear in the game.

Mmm, this is great.
I bought the game from steam. I am logged into Steam, EA and Bioware.
I bought DLC and can't use it because I don't have a degree in Windows 7 with a major in regedit.
What a waste of time and money.
I have not had a response from support...
Where to from here?

Thats what I'd like to know. Tried chat support twice and no help. They claim its my browser even though I got some dlc and not others and did everything they told me to. They should refund my money for the game if I can't get what I paid for.

The game is giving an error message that says that you must be connected to the internet to access online
features of the title.

I have Uninstalled, reinstalled, checked my registry settings, ensured that Windows is up to date, ensured that the game is registered at the EA site and the Bioware site as well as steam.
I have disabled UAC, disabled the firewall, disabled anti-virus as well.
I have enabled the firewall rules suggested for TCP and UDP.
TCP ports: 80, 443, 1024-1124, 8000, 9960-9969, 18000, 18081, 18060, 18120, 27900, 28910, 29900
UDP ports: 80, 1024-1124, 8001, 18000, 29900


I got this response from EA support.

"Sorry that all the troubleshooting steps failed to resolve the problem.
If starting the game with built-in admin account doesn't fix the problem
then you need to post this problem in official forum. I'm really sorry
for unable to assist you further."

WTF....?

Couple questions...What is your network set as? Home. Business, or Public for win7, for vista Private or Public

Also in the game configuration under the systems menu do you have the option checked that says "Enable this if you have a dedicated internet connection"

Redeemed my code for Black Emporium after registering my game, and the code was accepted. Any other attempts to redeem it through either the Bioware site or through Steam tell me that the code is no longer good (because I used it).There is now no way for me to download the DLC. It doesn't appear on my list of registered game content, either, and no - I'm not just overlooking it.

There seems to be a major problem with invalid codes being given out since so many people have reported the same thing; your best bet is probably to go to support.ea.com and ask for a new one.  They should be able to see the previous code you entered which I figure is enough for them to know it's a legit request.

They may ask what stuff you're missing and offer to activate it but since neither they nor I had a complete list, it never got completely resolved, so just ask for a new DLC activation code (the one for the "Online Pass" if I remember correctly) from the outset.

Much thanks for this...made it 2/3 of the way through the game before I realized my DLC wasn't included. Couldn't figure out why, this helped a lot!

ok... i made it^^ apperantly the manual installation works after you restart your pc :3

review of steam users: go into your library, click dragon age 2, look for the CD Key button on the right, copy to clip board the codes and enter em at; this site (below your profile-> profile-> redeem promo code-> rinse and repeat for mulitple keys), then go to your registered content, view the "more information" for the black empodium (or what else), download the file, run the file ->it works? good! if not-> restart your pc-> run the file again-> now it should work! (at least it did for me now

i just had this problem was signed into the game with a deifferent email to the email i registered the game and dlc with, an ea account and bioware account are the same thing.

does it say unauthorized when you try to enter a game? or else where?

If you're not logged into the to the server and try to click to load a game...it will say the DLC is unauthorized you have to be logged in to avoid this issue.

It happened to me. I thought I was logged in and I got that message in game. I then noticed I was actually not logged in at all..

okay i entered my Black Emp. DLC and got the boots and the book but never got the letter in the mail telling me to come to the Black Emp. and i just double checked my program files and Black Emp is installed properly into my addons but its refusing to show up in my game. now i registered this DLC about a week ago when i first bought the game but never really bothered with it because i was to busy beating the story line but now that I'm playin through again I'm frustrated that i can't access it.

My black emporium insert card had a space for a code, but, it is blank. Just a white box. So, I figured I would just go ahead and buy some bioware points and buy the thing. The problem is, in game, it says no DLC is available, and because this site is not set up as logically as you might hope, I have no idea how to get black emporium content outside of the game. I assume it is not possible.

Go to your Registered game content page. Via this link

Find the DLC you wish to install, not items but DLC.

Click More Info - PC, a window should pop up

Then click Download at the bottom.


However, this above issue could be a connection issue and you could always type ipconfig /flushdns and ipconfig /registerdns in command prompt.  This fixed a connection issue with profiles for me. It could fix this above issue.

The Black Emporium is not listed under User Entitlements at all, as the page insert from the case had no code, just a blank white box, thus the game has no idea that I am entitled to the content in the first place. So now I have 800 bioware points yet find myself unable to spend them on content I wish to own, although in all honesty, I shouldn't have had to buy in the first place.

I love bioware games, but this system is not as well designed as it could be. I recognize the whole project 10 dollar has it's uses and purpose, but really? Sending out game boxes with blank codes? Creating a labyrinth of webpage mazes to manually buy and or download content? Come on bioware.

Go to support.ea.com and raise a new ticket, they should be able to provide you with the relevant activation code.

I have problems with the DLC ''The exiled prince'', I bought/played the game with steam and got all my bonus DLC 9such as weapons staves and books correctly, but when i bought this DLC (from your store), i dowloaded it, installed and nothing happens i do not have the quest for the prince in my logs or anything

And yes, my account is the same that i play the game with.

Can anyone help me because, 1- i payed for this and would like to play it 2- I realy want to see the prince's side of the story 3- i don,t want this to happen with future expansions or anything :s
