Okay. I'm going to be the most recent in this not thoroughly visited thread. Lol. Having issues just getting the executable for my DLC to work. I'm not running Dragon Age. I have Windows XP. My PC is just not liking the executables for -any- of the DLC. Here's the error I'm getting no matter what I try to open up and install: "C:\\Documents and Settings\\...\\DA2_RogueItemPack.exe is not a valid Win32 application." Not sure what that means. I'm pretty sure I'm downloading the very same executable files that Bioware intends us all to have, but it's just not letting me run it or install it.
I've also tried redownloading and installing them thinking that the files were corrupted. No such luck. Any ideas? I appreciate any and all help in advance. Thank you.

Hello.. I am new to BioWare and Dragon Age.I got the game Dragon Age 2, and I recently got, from a friend the Black Emporium and Exiled Prince DLC's ( btw, can someone please tell me what that means? thanks.). He gave me a CD with 2 folders that were named the same.In them I found the setup program for them and a thing called Manifest.xml.His instructions were: "Install them and then copy the manifest files to the install location." I did so and then launched Dragon Age 2.After that I searched on the internet for how to enable the DLC's or "use" them.I learned that you recieve a letter at your house from the "Black Emporium", but I never recieved any. Both DLC's appear in the downloadable content in the main menu, but in-game I have nothing. Can someone help me please? Sorry for the long post...If it helps, I have Windows 7.

Ugh, that is pirated content, no help to be had and best if you remove it and toss the disk (after breaking it of course) Go read how to get DLC (DownLodable Content) from BioWare, the legal way.

I didn't know that! My friend said he bought it from a local shop.
Thank you for your help, anyway.
