I was just wondering, if there would be any way to see a refund to my PSN wallet or anything of that nature... I hastily downloaded the Exile Prince DLC with cash before redeeming my Signature Edition content code... and essentially paid for what I could/should have got for free. Any advice on how to pursue this? Thanks in advance.

As the mistake lies with you and not Bioware or Playstation no one is obigated to give you a refund. It was made clear well in advance that these things would be free to buyers of the Signature Edition. If you really want to press for a refund you should try talking to Sony. I wouldn't hold my breath though. I did this before when I bought Dead Space Ignation not realising all pre-orders came with a free copy. Sadly I just had to bite the bullet. You could try selling your free code to recoup your money.
