In the cave system in the wounded coast in particular the tal-vashoth cavern, i have noticed if u load a game inside the cave itself for instance if u die and load an autosave, it prevents you from opening the next door in your path. if you press tab it shows there is a door there however it is impossible to click onn inhibiting your ability to move on in the game. I have been experiencing this in the PC version. Specs below

I think I might have got this once as it happens in combat occasionally as well. Switch back and forth between two characters, hopefully that will fix it.
