I've tried looking around a bit and I cannot find a solid answer for this question, and I'm sure that there's many people who want to know this.

Can you make a Campaign exactly like the one they have? Lemme explain what I mean with as few spoilers as possible. Can you have things like, the party select screen? Or add/place "Gifts" and design people to be love interests, and bonuses (or penalties) for happiness ratings? With cut scenes, can you have it like after any of the origin stories how the picture of the map scrolls across the screen, or like the first big "Cutscene" Battle how those two "soldiers" fought and died?

Pretty much, do we have the tools to eventually make something as grand as they did from scratch with new characters, stories, maps (Probably not I assume), and Origins (If you can edit the character maker). Also is it possible to link Cutscenes to another Cutscene? That way instead of making a game, you could make a movie style story where it's all watch and no play? (I know that may not sound exicting to many but I know I'd like to see stuff like that once and awhile)

Sorry about the long post, and if I missed the questions in another thread please let me know! Thanks.

You can do most of that, given sufficient effort.

The basic principle is that you can change almost anything except the GUI and the scripting language.

So, you can have different party members, maps etc.

The GUI is designed for a maximum of 4 party members (including the player).

You can make movie-like cutscenes which run for up to 30 minutes.

short answer, yes

long answer, yes, but with great amounts of time, effort, blood, sweat, tears, possible virgin sacrifices etc

oh, and some skill too, probably, unless you're able to bruteforce your way through the bits you don't understand :P
Of course if you don't have a particular skill, I'm sure you'll be able to find someone on here to help you.

at least, I don't see anything stopping you (other than the above)

Edit: Ninja'd :(
