I have DA II on the PS3, but Sir Isaac's armor is under Xbox in my registered game content.  I chatted with an EA agent (nice guy) and he said it would appear in the PS3 registered content eventually I just had to "wait some time".  So far, no luck. Will it, or do I need to contact someone or what?
