Your registered game content Shows all the content but when I go to play the game they show as still locked. I am mostly concerned with the mages staff but I would like to get it all.
help me please

This is most likely your issue. You must be logged in to the account that the items are entitled to in order to access them. If for whatever reason you signed them up to different accounts you can either make a new user on your PS3 and make a new PSN account to match your EA account or else contact EA Help and get them to transfer your cd-keys from one account to another.

There has been an issue with the Unlockables menu confirmed where it doesn't update right away. Once you get to the Special Deliveries chest in Gamlen's House you will see these items, however. In 99% of the cases I've dealt with as long as your account says it's entitled to those items and you're logged in to the right account they will appear in the chest.
