To Bioware Technical Support

and all the smart asses who told me to get a PC, that's what I'M USING!!! 

1) the Save menu whether directx 11 or direct x9 shows me NO options

2) the inventory screen whether directx 11 or directx 9 shows me NO options

3) I can access the character screen, journal screen and tactic screen, all show me what they are supposed to show me.

4) For technical support, you should have answers for these issues

I'm using Intel duo core 3.2ghz
8 gigs of 1333 ram
Windows 7 64 bit
Dual 1 gig ATI Radeon 4870s wit the latest drivers (I tried the game on both using 1 card and then using both cards, it fails with either.
This is an Alienware M17x.  I have never had problems with any games I've played on it.

This is digital download from EA store.

There is no such thing as "Bioware Technical Support", sorry. Official support, as described everywhere you can look it up anywhere on the Social Forums site, is strictly on EA's Help pages and Chatlines. This is user to user, although a few of Bioware's people do involve themselves when a game is first released.

The only suggestion for you that I have is to uninstall and then reinstall.
