(I posted this in general, but someone said it should be in spoilers)

I started my second playthrough and haven't seen it yet.  Is there some kind of trigger for both?

They are on the world map. Each of the 2 DLCs will have yellow/gold icons instead of the tan of everywhere else.

Click on Profile -> Redeem Promo Code through the Social Site. Enter in your promotional keys provided to you when you purchased the game.

Make sure you are connected to the internet and are logged in when you start the game.

Click on the Downloadable Content option on the main screen when you start Dragon Age.

hmm it kinda worked. the Golem one started with a trading caravan to the west (as I recall it). But the Soldiers peak hasn't shown up yet.

I tried to d/l content. D/L went to 100% but after about an hour install had not completed. How does it work and whats the process? I have 1.02, but it says on screen 1.01 required. Support has been pathetic. Submitted support request a month ago but nothing but the run around. Have a feeling support may be coming from the Philippines

On the opening screen go into DLC and look at the second tab. It's possible you redeemed points but never actually downloaded the content. If there is nothing there, go to the third tab and make sure all the DLC options are checked. If they are unchecked they won't appear in the game.



Soldier's Peak won't appear on your map until you talk to the quest giver in your camp after Lothering. If you are past Lothering and added the DLC, he should appear in your camp next time you go there. If not, you'll just need to finish Lothering for him to spawn. You should see a quest under Premium Content that says something like "a merchant seems to be following your caravan, perhaps if you let him catch up you could find out what he wants"



If you don't see anything under Premium Content then try the steps in my first paragraph again.
