After I've played the intro, and the dwarf says "you have to hear the whole tale" the screen goes to customize the main character Hawke. It shows his face on the left, and some menu options on the right. But I can do nothing...it's completely frozen. He's moving a bit, but none of the buttons work!
I've registered the game, received all the promo options (signature pack)...even got the stuff from gamestop. Is this an error with the game itself??
Please help I can't play the game!
Playing new game, once it goes to the screen to customize and download other saves, nothing can be done!?

You have to wait for it to read your save files, there should be a moving circle in one of the corners of the screen. It may take a while.
