I'm on the section where you have to go the Holding Caves, and find a woman named Hadriana. When I initially went to the area I realized that I didn't have Fenris with me, but I was unable to leave the zone to add him to my party...so I just continued on.

Once we got inside the dungeon area, during the first npc encounter (talking to an elf slave girl) Fenris started speaking...even though he wasn't there at all, the camera would pan to an empty space. I contiuned on till I could find a place to exit the dungeon and go back to change my party, unfortunately the only place I could do this was after killing the npc mob that I needed. When she died nothing happened, so I went back to the city and got Fenris, then...back to the dungeon for the quest. I run all the way back to where the enemy npc was that I needed (Hadriana), and she's just laying there dead, and sparkling like I should be able to loot her but I can't. The quest text just keeps telling me to deal with Hadriana. I've tried restarting the game to no avail... any idea what to do?

I'm having the exact same issue, any way to solve this? I really dont want to play from an old save, to be honest.

Looks like there won't be any way to solve this other than reverting to a save (seems to be the only real solution for most of the broken quests). So there's 3 hours of my time lost...really hoped I wasn't going to have to worry about game breaking quests again with the sequel...
