I have items in it and it says I have a special delivery, but when I mouse over the chest it won't change to the unlock symbol!  

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling while keeping my settings and save games, but the problem still persists.

I'm looking into this issue - if anyone has a case where it's not cleared up when you leave Gamlen's House and go back in please send me a PM so I can arrange to get a save game from you. Thanks!
