Don't know. Haven't beat the game yet Havent found credits anywhere else yet.
You can view it in the Extras, but the voice actor is somewhere in the additional voices.
I'm thinking the voice of him could possibly be Robin Atkin Downes...then again, I could be wrong.

My exact feeling as well, the first time he spoke, I did a double take as the voice sounded so similar. A few moments later you can tell it isn't Chris Judge, but it does sound like it at the start.

Can't really provide much insight on who it was, but I agree - whoever it was did a great job. Definitely one of my favorite performances in the game.

I thought it was the bloke who voices Harbinger in Mass Effect. A quick IMDB search reveals that he has done voice acting work for Dragon Age II. And the Arishok sounds very much like Harbinger, especially if you've seen the video where the synthesis is removed. I had suspicions when I first heard him speak but when he said "human" it sounded EXACTLY like Harbinger, and I knew.
