I downloaded the dlc from this site. The only problem I have is that, when i try to install it. It says: "Dragon Age 2 is not installed." but the problem is I downloaded and installed it from steam today.

UPDATE!!!
Got it working. Launch your launcher, after that try to install. You should get an error message that dragon age 2 is running. Exit the launcher and try installing it again, it should work now.
