I found the boots and gloves of this armor set so far, does anyone know where i can find the helmet and body armor?
I really like the looks of the pieces i found and would love to complete it, but i'm at the end of chapter 2 now and i'm worried i missed em.

The gauntlets you can find in the killers lair in the "all that remains" quest, can't miss em.

edit. Just found the breastplate, the armor merchant in hightown sells it in chapter 3.

Any luck finding the helm?

You get the helm when you set out to go to start the quest to find Seamus after he converts to the Qun.
At first you have to go to the Qunari Compound, but when you click to go to the docks you start underground and get attacked by thugs. The Thug Leader has the helm.

Edit: To clarify, this is before you help Isabela and/or Aveline.  The quest RIGHT before it.

i got the helm, boots, and gauntlets. but no plate, did i pass it up by going to far

You get the chestplate in Chapter 3 (after the Qunari conflict) for 11g off of Olaf's Armory in Hightown.

Can anyone provide a picture of the armor? I only have the Gauntlets and Boots, but from those it looks to be a pretty cool set of armor.

The chest plate looks like armor of the wall's chest plate.

It does. One of my favorite pieces, but it would have been cooler if it were something more unique.

Thanks for posting the chestplate location. I thought for sure I had missed it in Act 2.

If you missed the boots, you won't be able to get them on that playthrough I believe.

Inferior?  Only in terms of variety.  Ulgier?  No.
