I found her first gift, the Ship In The Bottle. But I am having no luck finding her second gift. Does anyone know? I'm in Act 3, so I pray I didn't miss it...

A quick look at the guide says that the Rivaini Talisman is available in the Disused Passage, in Act 3, on the Docks during the Blackpowder Courtesy quest.
Shame I was doing a blind run of the game before reading that or else I may have managed to get her to...well, you know.

That's weird. Blackpowder Courtesy is the name of the qunari quest-line in Act 1...

Okay, got it. Apparently, you don't have to be on any quest at all. There's chest called "Storage" near the end of the Disused Passage at the Docks (Night). And there it is.

im looking for the ship in the bottle right and now and just started the blackwater courtesy quest and just wanted to make sure its not in a locked box. ive got my rogues going for more dex so i dont have enough cunning. wanted to know so i could reload a save and respec before i possibly pass it up

It's in the Disused Passage. Just got to every nook and corner and you'll eventually find a box labeled storage. It's in there.
On a side note... why do I see screen shots for a half closed Isabella love scene and in game the love scene is fully clothed? That was kind of a bummer. lol!

In Isabela companion quests Act III - Rivani Talisman, you will find one gift in the Disused Passage that can be obtained from the Docks at night.
