I have installed the game and updated to the latest driver (beta) for my nvidia 9800 GT when i do a directx diagnostic it is fine here are my specs someone please help!

I was also geting a CTD right after starting the game. However, selecting a DirectX 9 from the configuration utility fixed the problem.
