I just purchased the Exiled prince dlc for ps3 and after the cutscene in hightown with sebastian, I can't interact with the chantry board to pick up the quest. 

Theres a marker there but my characters are too short to reach...

I'm having the same problem I'm extremely pissed off with this and the fact that the dlc was only 35 MB makes me think the DLC was already in the game all was needed was it to be unlock so bioware makes us pay to have something already in the game... atleast make it work.

well i bought this dlc and downloaded it but i cant find it in the game how can i find sebasitan????

I am having the same issue. I cant check the Chantry board so I cant continue the quest sucks that I paid for this and its not working. I was going to try and uninstall then reinstall it but you cant just uninstall exiled prince on the PS3 has to be the black emporium and all the patches. I have no clue what that will do to my character.

not only that i cant start the exiled p dlc ,the black empro redeem code is not working as well !!!!

Same problem here. Saw the cutscene and can't access the chantry board. I purchased and installed the DLC in act 2, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Perhaps a new character would be able to do it. I am going to try it tonight.

I didn't have no issues with the DLC.
I'm in Act 3...so far only two bugged quests.

We are currently aware of this issue and are currently looking into it. We appreciate your patience.

In the meantime, the issue appears to be related to accepting chantry board quests before the sebastian introduction cutscene fires. Loading a save before accepting those quests and activating the Sebastian cutscene should correctly allow access to the Chantry Board.

im not going all the way back just to do that i'll w8 for u guys to fix it, but i also read u have to posistion it just right???

Im going to keep trying later but the more i feel i wasted the money,the more i try the more i get P****D off..... since DT live is on im going to wait  till l8er to try it again but this happend with RDR DLC also... where just because u did something before the dlc was downloaded it screwed ya over.... i paid almost 8 bucks for this so please fix this issue asap....

I'm having the same problem, I can't check the chantry board... I'm in the second act and I don't even remember when I took a quest from the board for first time, so if it don't get fixed, no Sebastian for me... Please, fix it soon, I want it before I finish the game.

I guess this means now the Chantry board is "out of order" b/c of the Exiled Prince bug. I wonder will EA credit us back our money if we finish the game w/ this dude.

I am playing Act 3 I guess you would call it and Sebastian is in it. I also can now access the Chantry board again. The quest is Faith and he has been away but know how comeback to serve the Maker. I do not think it was a glitch but the delay is a result from downloading the Exiled Prince so late. At this point I am not sure you will have access to his quests or if he has already taken care of his business of revenge.

I bought this DLC after finishing the game but the map is locked, and to start again I'll have to start from scratch since the game doesn't seem to have a NG+ option, which it sucks. (I'd have to delete my character and lose all the time spent on my first playthrough)... What's curious is that once I finished the game, the message I got was that: Now your Hero can still continue his adveture through playing DLCs...

Some sort of a timeline to when this issue will be fixed would be much appreciated.

I can't access the Chantry Board and don't want to progress though the game and miss out on all the Chantry missions.

Bioware has always done such an amazing job of delivering top notch product. It's very disappointing to see an issue like this.

BioWare... what is the status of this? We have paid for this excile Prince quest/addon... and now it doesn't even work. Hurry up with a reply at least.

I just bought the Prince DLC last night. I just started his quest and when I try to level him up the game freezes when I click on the level up option from the radial menu. Froze three times in a row.

And after resarting for the fourth time it now froze when I tried to open Sebastians inventory.

I suspected the bug might have to do with completing the chantry board quests prior to accessing the exiled prince....it's just really too bad that you need to start a new game at this point to access the quest; that's a lot of extra leg work just to get the one character. i'm getting close to the end and just purchased the bonus mission : (
