I was thinking of trying a warrior with two weapons! Would such a build be good or is it "broken"? I wouldn't want to level a character far into the game with this just to find out that it's utterly useless!

I am currently leveling a DW Warrior Dwarf Noble. Till now, I am loving him but he does frequently miss targets, maybe its because he doesnt have much cunning, dont know yet. Eitherway reflection time once I finished main quest

Cunning doesn't affect accuracy as far as I know. Strength, Dexterity, and any talents or pieces of gear that mention attack (not to be confused with damage) do.CausaDennis wrote...

Cunning definitely does not effect to hit. Str/Dex do. Cunning increases armor penetration.
I have a level 18 dw warrior, and she is extremely effective. It's fairly hard to mess up the build, too. (I would suggest going berserker for your spec, and after you've maxed coercio and combat training, take poisons as your third skill).
Get dex to 36, while increasing strength enough for equipment. Don't totally ignore willpower or constitution. Once dex is 36, I suggest putting 2 points into str a level, and alternative con/willpower (sometimes people are going to attack you, hps are good). Cunning should be 16 for coercion 4, but no need for more points (though I have 19 through an accident of history.)

Only if you're using daggers (at least that's how I understand it)
