WHAT DOES ELEMENTAL FORCE DO? There is no explanation anywhere.

Same as physical force; increased chance to interrupt enemy attacks and knock them around. It's based on damage and the ability multiplier vs enemy fortitude.

I'm pretty sure the effects of Elemental Force depends on the element in question. So far as I've seen, fire will set the "Conflagration" effect, making them dance around on fire (it doesn't deal damage, though), ice momentarily freezes them, and Lightning will stun them. The outcome of each is pretty much the same, though, in that the enemy is unable to do anything for a second or so.
