 Hopefully, someone in Bioware will respond to this.
I too am missing many unlockables, namely Hindsight, Staff of Parthalan, the first item from Legends, and the sword and shield.

I do have many items that did show up - like the Boots of the Frozen Wastes, Hayden's Razor, the tomes, Blood Dragon Armor.
All items show up in my "registered game content", and when I launch DA2 it shows the correct email address (I'm getting a bunch of other items after all".  The items do do not show up in my "Extras | Unlockables
 section in the game menu.  So, somehow they are not even getting to the game.

I've tried the following: to no avail:
- reregistering for Hindsight and the Staff
- leaving and reentering the house
- restarted game
- Click on "more Info" next to the items in question in "registered game content"

Nine of this is working, but the items are clearly in my account.  

Is this an actual glitch that needs to be fixed?  Is there something else I should be doing?

Again Bioware, please advise.
