there are so many great liners in the game everything with Merrill makes me chuckle and Varric has some really funny moments, example when he imitates the Orleasian nobles who think that the hanged man is a dirty place.

I have not used Isabella in my party yet but I have heard that there should be some funny lines there.

Yeah, no matter who you have with you, first two will say "hanged man" then the third will make some kind of "duh" comment.  I've seen Varric on the "Hanged Man" part.

On the same subject:

Reporting on the location of a person (who happens to have been hanging out at the Hanged Man) to a Lady in Hightown: 

She responds with  "The Hanged Man?  That is one of the dirtiest places in Kirkwall."  Varric repeats her statement in a higher voice and then chuckles out of satisfaction.
I don't remember the exact quote, but it made me laugh.

Easily my favorite line was the conclusion of Aveline's courtship quest. The end of the conversation between Hawke and Aveline went something like:

The timing and delivery of that line from male Hawke's VA was absolutely perfect. I busted out laughing.

I can't remember any of my quotes anymore, they are all overriden by the ending when sephiroth jumps 100ft in the air and explodes at the end into a red statue.
