Isabela: You know when you stick your fist in someone? You could make a lot of money at the brothels with that...
OW. just OW ._.
You know, this is a misquote. Isabela never actually mentions the brothel in this banter. All she says is: "You could make so much coin with that." And she's probably actually thinking he could make coin by doing this as some sort of circus act--sticking hands through walls and such.
So the person thinking about the other applications of Fenris's talent? Not Isabela. Just saying.
That said, I want Lithuasil to expound a bit more on her thesis of... the monetization of fists in brothels. *bats lashes innocently*
Well sue me. Though I'm not sure if I feel bad or envious towards warrior hawke now, due to her choice of romance. In any case, consider me scared
*impish grin* Now, now--no lawyers need to be involved.

I loved Merrill's situational lines. In the Deep Roads : "It's so dark here ! Don't people bump into things ?"
Also, yesterday, I made a Duncan Hawke, just for giggles, and realised the game begins with that line...
I don't get the problem with the picture. The battle of Ostagar would have been considered a significant event, meaning it, like basically any like it, can be used like a placement of time.

Let's just say I wish I had placed more points in Fenris' dexterity now

Random guy: Don't go that way! Theres a huge dragon!
Merrill: Oh are we going to go that way? I've never seen a huge dragon before
And basically the whole argument Isabella and Aveline have if you bring Isabella to that side quest where Aveline wants you to help her flirt with Donnic

Isabela: I know, shocking isnt it?
Isabela: You see sweetness, men are only good for one thing. Women are good for six.
Bethany: Six? Which six?
Disapproving brother Hawke: Isabela!
Isabela: *laughs*
I love Bethany's character, overall I think she was my favourite, even though you pretty much lose her for most of the game (I made her a Warden so she could pop up now and then)

The line made me laugh in this context because Duncan from Origins (who I attempted to recreate here just cause I saw they had his beard and hairstyle) is supposed to die at Ostagar, so I didn't expect his presence in Dragon Age 2 to make sense, just wanted to have fun with the character creator. Then first thing in the game, Carver goes "we've been running since Ostagar", as if Duncan had actually survived and fled... I guess it's a bit silly

There you go digging up Bethany again so you can hide behind her too.
(I hope I got it right)

His body frame is very small--save the dexterity points and put them in strength and constitution instead.

It´s fun because of not just Varric´s voice, but because of the animations of his face and mockery. Transmit my kudos to the artists who designed and materialized this scene.

Anders: What?
Merrill: Did he have a little sword or just his claws?
Anders: Stop.
Merrill: I bet he had a dashing cap with a feather in it.
Anders: Would you STOP making fun of my cat!
Merrill: No cap then...

Male (sarcatic) Hawke to Fenris, right after they do the deed for the first time. I seriously LOLed at that. Cheeky little ****!
Also quite liked Anders' line when Merill first moves to the Alienage. Something like, "you think this is bad, you should see where I live!"

I also loved Varric imitating the Orlesian countess. All 3 of my party (Varric, Fenris, Aveline) were priceless in that scene.
I will also admit that I squeed out loud when Alistair mentioned Orlesian parties with stinky cheeses and not being afraid of his 'ball and chain'. That man sure does love his cheese.

Bartrand: "Oh Varric, please forgive me, my brother! I was just jealous of you! How could I ever compete with you for mothers love? You're strong and handsome, and so very smart!"
*unbelieving look from Cassandra*

She was going on about loving sailing in a serious manner and one line went something like;
"I love getting the salty spray on my face"
Ah good times, puerility at its best.
