I got a good laugh from Javaris after I killed his guards and let him live during Blackpowder Courtesy. He starts looting their bodies and has some comments.

Javaris:
Hire cheap guards, Hawke kills them. Hire good guards, Hawke kills THEM.
On the upside I don't have to pay them!
These guys brothers or something? Cookie-cutter.
Half a locket? A hidden story of love and loss. My life has purpose again.
Wait, no, here's the other half. Must have hired a couple.
Why can't I get his boots off? They're right there.

The locket ones cracked me up, especially the way he says them.

Alright so a ton have already been put up here, but there was one on the dialogue wheel that I saw a few minutes ago that had me totally laughing for no reason.

The "assertive" or red option when Hawke is talking to Leandra about his grandmother:

For me she asked if I was going soft on her and I flirted that "I would never go 'soft' on her".  My dominant personality though was the charmer/sarcastic Hawke though.
