Anyone know where the promo code is for online pre-orders from Game?

I ordered from Game.co.uk and Im lookig for these Exclusive in Game Items: Might of Sten (2 Handed Sword), Apostate’s Courage (Staff), Adder of Antiva (Bow), Ring of Resilience (Ring), Seeker’s Bulwark (Shield).
Is that what you are missing aswell?

Where did you order it from? If it is from someplace like Gamestop they were supposed to email it to you

Going off what GAME have done in the past with pre-order codes (the very few I have ordered) They email them to you on the day of release or a couple of days after.

My codes came in the box they did not unlock the Ring of Resilience for some reason its not showing up on my redeemed promos or in game but everything else works

These are the exact items i'm missing.

It says on this site i have the Signature Edition Rewards as registered game content, but i don't actually have it in game.

I have just been emailed by GAME, giving me a code for the Fadeshear Sword and Lion of Orlais Shield, but i thought i had them unlocked anyways?

I got those Items from the Chest in your Uncles house. I think they came under the Signature Edition content. Have you checked the chest?

Haven't actually started the game yet. Reason is...

On this site, if i click 'More Info' on Signature Edition Rewards, it says it should show in the Unlockables section in the game's Extra menu. It isn't showing at the moment, so i'm holding off until it shows.

Unless getting to your house isn't that far from the beginning of the game? Then i'll give it a go and see if they appear then?

About 45 Minutes into the game. Its about 10minutes after where the Demo leaves for Kirkwall.

EDIT:

Just checked the Unlockable menu under Extras the Items don't show up in there for me either, but I have got them in game from the chest. So everything should be fine

im in the same boat mate just got an email for the pre order stuff it says ive already unlocked, weird. Let me know how you get on, please. Im gona contact Game and EA tomorow again to see what they say again.

Well, i did what the kind fellow Blazendodge suggested and started a game anyways. I got to the house where the chest is located, and it had the items in, including the ones i was missing. As soon as i collected them all, a messaged popped up stating that my Signature Edition Rewards quest was completed.

I exited the game, checked the Extras > Unlockables section, and everything that should be there, is now there (Sten's Sword, Ring of Resilence etc.).

I'd echo what Blazendodge suggested, and atleast start a new game anyways, get to the chest in the house, and see if that sorts things out for you. Otherwise, its a BioWare/EA job, unfortunately.
