I don't think I got a flirt option with Isabella the very first time I went to see her in the hanged man after I recruited her. She told me that a friend of hers needed help and I got 10 friendship points. Did I miss something here? And if I did miss something do I need to go back and redo this part inorder to romance?

basically she shows up without flirting as long as at the start of act 2 you flrist during her Questioning Beliefs mission. You have to have 50 percent rivalry or friendship with her for it to trigger the quest. After that she well show up at your house to 1 night stand you.
