Since the search function seems to have vanished, I'll ask this here:

When is Isabela supposed to show up in the Hanged Man?  Is it only after a particular point in the plot / after a certain quest chain, or am I bugged?  I've been to the hanged man a dozen times, trying at both day and night and she's never there.

For reference, I've done most of the quests in the first act before the deep roads expedition.

You should see her the first time you enter the hanged man at night. You are bugged.

You need to finish the quest line to recruit Ander's first. After that you go the hanged man and you will get a very entertaining cut scene. I went over there at night, not sure if that matters or not.

I do not have Anders yet, so I will try that. I've been pretty much saving his quest for last and doing sidequests... If I'd known Isabela depended on getting him first I would have done it right away.
